Take 1 capsule 1x daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Contraindicated in those taking blood thinning medication, such as Warfarin and aspirin-based medicines, and in cases with raised liver enzymes or impaired liver function.
